_ Three-layer fixed extrusion head with lateral feeding by three spiral distributors, projected by a software simulating the flow, guarantees a reduced volume of internal passage of the materials, low working pressure, homogeneous distribution of the layer and reduce stay time of the processed polymers. Dies ranging from a diameter of 120 mm up to 220 mm. A technological innovation to produce high quality film.
_ New conception IBC group allowing to increase the equipment production, both in quality and in quantity.
_ 360° oscillating take-off unit, with horizontal divergent bars whose rotation is controlled by a digital inverter.
_ Single automatic winding station, controlled by PLC, with a motorized feeder for spindle-holder shafts.
_ Thermo-regulation and control board with electro-mechanical driving system including pressure gauge and Melt temperature indicator, digital drives. PID digital thermo-regulation, start programmer with weekly timer for energy saving pre-heating. Alarms handling and supervision integrated with a SIEMENS PLC. All functions are handled and displayed by a SIEMENS operator panel.
_ Gravimetric system of control, dosing and feeding for a three-layer line type DE4400: a very powerful and sophisticated system able to handle autonomously the whole co-extrusion line, controlling and adjusting automatically the dosing of the resins, their ratio, the weight per meter ratio, the thickness, the width, the speed, the film tension, the fans rate, etc. It is also possible to memorize working recipes.
