At the PLAST Show (24th to 28th of March in the in the modern exhibition site of Rho-Pero), Plastimac will exhibit two electric blow-moulding machines to confirm the increasing success of this technology among the operators of the sector. The first machine, named Plastiblow PB5E/DL, is a double station blow moulder equipped with an 80 mm. extruder and a triple head, for the production of 1-litre HDPE/PP bottles at a rate of 2300 pieces per hour. An excellent control over parison extrusion is possible thanks to the design of the head which has also been improved in order to perform rapid colour changes. The bottle control unit allows the rejection of faulty containers based on different possible defects. A recovery line conveys the material to be recycled directly to a grinder unit, and the ground material will be cycled in after mixing with virgin material and master Also presented for the first time at the italian exhibition is the second electric blow-moulding machine, a double carriage model Plastiblow PB1E/D equipped with a 60 mm diameter extruder and a triple head for the production of HDPE shampoo bottles. A belt delivery conveyor to one point and several further accessories complete the machine and foster the production of high quality bottles with very quick processing cycles and low working costs. Thanks to an in-line detection system the defective bottles are rejected and classified according to the different faults. The enforced technical solutions for servodriven movements are highly suitable for multicavity productions and have always represented a distinguishing feature of Plastiblow machines. The extremely low energy consumption level achieved is so amazing that, under the same production conditions, Plastiblow blowmoulding machines guarantee the best energy saving in the whole blow-moulding field. These new all-electric machines, where hydraulic cylinders have been replaced by servomotors, guarantee reduction of environment impact, energy saving, increase of productivity, better repeatability and reduced maintenance. We look forward to meeting you in our stand, where our personnel will be glad to give you any information, both technical and commercial, you may need concerning our production range.
